Project Overview: Construction will be carried out using existing mixing workshops, 1 # production plant, 2 # production plant and other structural buildings. No additional land will be added. The main construction content of the project includes two parts: 1. Renovation and upgrading of the existing mixing workshop and 1 # production plant with an annual output of 6 million sets of semi steel radial tire production line, eliminating 163 sets of molds, replacing 7 sets of equipment, purchasing 196 sets of new molds, and 11 sets of equipment. After the renovation and upgrading, no new production capacity will be added. 2. Expand a 6 million set semi steel radial tire production line by utilizing the existing mixing workshop, idle area of production plant 1 #, and other auxiliary equipment, and purchase 196 sets of main equipment and 1000 sets of molds. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can produce 12 million sets of high-performance semi steel radial tires annually.
